What to include

| Moving your license to a new Mac | Usually self-service: open Enhance → License on the old Mac and choose Deactivate this Mac. Email us if you can no longer reach the old Mac |
| A bug or a bad cutout | Your Mac model, macOS version, the app version (shown in the License screen) and, if you can share it, the image |
| macOS says it can't verify the developer | Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. It is a one-time step, see the setup page |
| Privacy or data requests | See the Privacy Policy, then email us from your purchase address |
